Jeffrey Libby is in his fourth year at SOAR. After living in Los Angeles for 24 years Jeffrey relocated to Wisconsin in 2017. Jeff feels his previous life experiences in the Arts provide him with the broad perspective he shares with his students. Jeff is a zealous advocate for the Arts in Education. Creativity in gaining and sharing knowledge is the basis for his work as an Advisor at SOAR Middle School.
