Equity and Engagement in our new Educational Environment
As we continue to monitor the evolving and seemingly never-ending factors related to the Coronavirus, we have made the decision to hold the 2021 ISN National Conference on Educational Innovation virtually. Initially scheduled for 3 days, we have decided to extend the conference for the ENTIRE WEEK of April 12-16. 2021. The free WRCCS School Development Day will still be on Wednesday, April 14th but held virtually.
A charter school governance board is legally responsible for the academic, financial, and operational quality of the charter school. However, in order to be an effective governance board member, it is important to have the fundamental knowledge to fulfill your duties and serve as a good steward of taxpayer’s money. This workshop will share the basics of charter school governance. It will provide resources and a diagnostic tool for you to take back to your own boards.
