School leadership is about leading the human system before leading the school system.  Leadership is not based on title, it is based on the trust you have earned from those you lead.  However, in order to be an effective leader we must first get our own mind right and build the inner strength needed to behave at the level we expect from those we lead.  Let’s build empowered school cultures that ensure all individuals reach their full human potential.  Come learn strategies for ensuring our schools have the attitudes and behaviors necessary to make the learning system happen.'

WRCCS Competencies:
  • Leadership: Culture: Develops/sustains practices focused on staff culture and school climate
  • Leadership: Culture: Creates/sustains a behavioral and school climate expectation system
