Collective teacher efficacy, "the shared belief by a group of teachers in a particular educational environment that they have the skills to positively impact student outcomes" (Visible Learning Metax, 2020), boasts an effect size of over 3 years' growth in one year's time (d = 1.39). This session will explore how microteaching (d = 0.88) can be implemented as a means to increasing collective teacher efficacy through the use of teacher-friendly technology and meaningful collaboration.
