Take the Mystery Out of Teaching and Create Circle of Freedom Classrooms Based On Student Intentions!

Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

In a learner driven school students must be free to act, speak, think, and build without teacher micromanagement. In The Circle of Freedom classrooms, students have the full autonomy and responsibility to learn and maintain a non-segregated school community where teachers follow-in to student intentions. In these classrooms, student autonomy does not lead to chaos; rather, it leads to engagement and higher achievement. Participants will leave knowing the theoretical and practical applications of student intentionality, including three new pedagogies for reading, writing and content areas, so students can create their own interpretive and textual communities across all subject areas.
