We know that one administrator cannot serve as the sole leader of a school without substantial participation of other educators, but what are the best ways to accomplish this? How do you move from 'traditional roles' in leadership to ones that better serve the needs of your school? In this session, you will learn about the leadership plan for a large 4th-5th-6th grade Intermediate School opening in the fall of 2021, and have an opportunity to share your ideas to assist them with their journey.
