Connected and accepted students thrive in a community where they feel safe to take social and academic risks. This means ensuring a safe and caring learning environment. Howe Elementary School has worked hard to balance academic rigor along with an active social-emotional learning program that is a hybrid approach based on the needs of our students. We work hard to support students with a behavioral response system designed to be proactive and trauma-responsive.
